    Instrument purpose:
      The oxygen supply performance test system of mask is mainly composed of high altitude simulation test chamber, vacuum unit, measurement and control unit and data acquisition and processing unit. The system can detect the oxygen concentration in the test cabin and mask chamber at different heights; It can detect the respiratory air resistance of the lungs under different height conditions; It can also test the test accuracy and dynamic response time of the oxygen partial pressure sensor in the face mask cavity.

    Product features:
      1. Pressure range: 0.1MPa ~ 1.2MPa, control accuracy: ± 5%, the set value pressure can be adjusted manually or automatically according to the set time pressure curve.
      2. Pressure range: 0 ~ 0.5MPa, control accuracy: ± 3% of the set value, the pressure can be adjusted manually or automatically according to the set time pressure curve.
      3. The internal effective volume shall not be less than 500L, and the cabin shall be reserved with breathing interface, oxygen concentration test interface (cabin and mask cavity), air source interface (oxygen supply), oxygen partial pressure sensor power supply interface and oxygen partial pressure sensor RS422 signal output interface (not less than two). The machine adopts high-density silicone sealing strip to ensure the tightness of the whole machine.
      4. LabVIEW host computer is used to convert the RS422 signal of oxygen partial pressure sensor into oxygen partial pressure value and display it in real time.
      5. On the test interface, it can collect and display in real time, or set the time to collect and display the average value.
      6. Record and save the respiratory gas resistance time curve.
      7. Real time display of air pressure value, oxygen concentration value in the test chamber and oxygen concentration value in the mask chamber; When switching the oxygen partial pressure in the test chamber, record the pressure time curve in the test chamber and the oxygen partial pressure time curve in the mask chamber, calculate and display the response time.
      8. Output waveform: sine wave curve, cosine wave curve or set breath curve.
      9. It has the real-time linkage function during oxygen concentration test and oxygen sampling to ensure that the sampling is carried out on exhalation.
